37th International Accordion Competition Pula, 25-28 April 2012
The Competition takes place in centar of Pula in the beautiful building of the Army house - Dom Hrvatskih branitelja street Leharova 1,Pula .
The International Accordion Competition in Pula – SUSRET HARMONIKAŠA occurs since 1964. Initially it was a national event gathering all Yugoslav Republics then later in 1993 it was open to all European countries.
Over the years the number of contestants grew rapidly since the artistic standard of this event has grown quite high, with strict parameters. The guaranty of this are - International Juries which includes world renowned members (professors, pedagogues and conductors) who determine the winners.
During the time of the competition the program includes concerts of famous accordionists. Exhibitions as well as tours of instrument manufacturers are always comprised.
